		<description>1. You asked your listners whether they like the time breakdown. Please keep the time breakdown -- I use it to narrow down what I listen to. In fact it would be great if you could have an outline. For example, for the top level, you might have the Matt Goyer Interview, then sub-levels would be components of that interview. That way I know where things start-end.

2. Also, seen two references from you on "Now and Next" can you explain this feature in a future podcast.
