Microsoft announced details of the update for Windows Media Center coming out later this year. One of the main elements of the update is support for the upcoming XBOX 360. So you will be able to use the 360 as an extender.
For me this is one of the most important elements of the new XBOX, I know the gaming side of it is cool but the extender function are going drive Media Center sales and open up the Media Center market. I will be able to move my PC out of the living room and it will be come more of a server for the XBOX

I for one will be queuing to get one from my local store when its released, but will I be the only one not using it for games?
